The Nessmuk/Kephart project is a current project in development between two of North America’s most talented craftsmen: Darcy Quapp of Prairie Forge in Canada and Doug Lockhart of Lockhart Ironworks in the United States. Mr. Quapp is forging the knives and Mr. Lockhart is forging the axes, each will be as historically accurate as possible with primary sources to support the design and manufacturing processes.
