Hello! I hope this finds you well, I have some exciting images and a VIDEO to share with you along with an update from Isht Enterprises that I received today.

“Regarding your mail yesterday and various updates :

1. Regarding Pan N Lid Together – A few images have been sent earlier and I have just sent you a link of folder which contains video of Pan n Lid fixed together and locked .

2. The Folder link also contains images of a new Draw tool for Cup which has been redesigned to get desired results . This is one part which has been troublesome and we have made almost four tools till now to get correct results . last time we got the correct result but while packing all parts together , the Bottle / Canteen was not getting placed correctly in Cup body as shown in one of your videos . This was due to the fact that Bottle is made in two parts and then welded together . which creates a bit of BULGE . It is not visible much but dimensionally it is there . So we needed to amend the size of Cup a little bit so that Bottle is placed correctly in Cup during transit packing . Hence the need for new Tool .

3. Regarding Bottle / Canteen Cap and Spout and Chain : We have managed to find the Chain supplier who makes similar chain but size is little different but the same is in Mild Steel and not SS . We are trying to source the same in SS but it is difficult to find exactly similar . Regarding Knurling , we will send you the images tomorrow . Regarding Spout , We suggest that for the time being we do not mess with the sample already developed . Once the samples have reached you and you are not satisfied we will create the roundness that you want . The problem is that your sample was in Aluminium and thickness is very small and also the spout in the sample is stamped . While we have developed the spout and cap by machining . But it can be incorporated but then there are chances that water might spill . Still , we will prepare one while sending you the samples .

4. For past couple of weeks , festival season has started here in India which will end with DIWALI FESTIVAL ON 10TH November . Staff is short here days as in Xmas or new year at your end .  We are working though all along to finish the Tooling . In next couple of days we hope the Cup will be ready and sampling will be finished .”
